First, a quick disclaimer:
I’ve done my best to deliver insights and predictions based on various sources and advanced AI models to help you learn, have fun, and, hopefully, nail a few picks.

🏟 What’s the NFL Draft?
The NFL Draft is an annual event where teams select college football players to join their rosters. It began in 1936 and has grown into a unique blend of deep analysis, instinct... and a bit of drama.
Each team gets a turn per round (typically 7 rounds), and the draft order is based on the previous season’s performance—worst teams pick first, best teams last... unless there are trades, of course.
🧠 What’s a Mock Draft?
A Mock Draft is a prediction—created by experts, fans, or (as in our case) AIs—of which player will be selected by each team. Think of it as a well-argued betting pool full of stats, trends, and hot takes.
🤖 The Methodology: Three AIs Walk into a Bar…
I used three of the most popular AI tools for this task, each with its analytical style and speed:
AI | Sources Analyzed | Time to Analyze | Comment |
ChatGPT 4o | 23 | 17 min | Most detailed and thoughtful |
Grok 3 | 69 | 7 min 13 sec | Fast and broad scanner |
Gemini Deep Research | 4 min 58 sec | Quick and straight to the point |
Prompt used (Originally Spanish):
Generate a report projecting the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Analyze mock drafts and expert sources to identify the 32 likely picks, team needs, and potential trades. For each pick, provide the player, their college, and the reasoning behind the selection—including expert mentions, trends, and key stats. You may also use: nfl.com/draft/iq and nfl.com/combine/iq

🏈 Player-by-Player Analysis (Top 10 Picks)
1. Cam Ward (QB, Miami) – Tennessee Titans
Summary: The unanimous favorite for the No. 1 pick. 4,313 yards and 39 TDs in 2024. Known for leadership, mobility, and experience (57 starts). Compared to Jayden Daniels and Bo Nix. Titans reportedly canceled other QB workouts—reinforcing the choice.
2. Travis Hunter (WR/CB, Colorado) – Cleveland Browns
Summary: Heisman was the winner with 1,200+ receiving yards, 15 touchdowns, and 4 INTs on defense. Highly versatile, likened to Deion Sanders. The Browns plan to use him on both sides of the ball.
3. Abdul Carter (EDGE, Penn State) – New York Giants
Summary: Explosive pass rusher with 12 sacks in 2024. Agile and strong off the edge. Field Yates ranks him as the second-best overall talent. It would further strengthen the Giants’ defense.
4. Will Campbell (OT, LSU) – New England Patriots
Summary: Best offensive lineman in the class. Dominated the SEC. Patriots want to protect their young QB—Campbell offers technique, consistency, and durability. Dane Brugler calls him a natural fit.
5. Mason Graham (DT, Michigan) – Jacksonville Jaguars
Summary: Described as a “war daddy”—powerful and agile. Jaguars didn’t address this need in free agency. He brings interior explosiveness and immediate impact potential.
6. Ashton Jeanty (RB, Boise State) – Las Vegas Raiders
Summary: Top RB of the class. Aligns with Pete Carroll’s ground-and-pound philosophy. Offers explosiveness, vision, and toughness. Expected to be the focal point of a revitalized run game.
7. Armand Membou (OT, Missouri) – New York Jets
Summary: Athletic, aggressive blocker. Complements the Jets’ O-line (which added Fashanu). Prioritizes protection for Justin Fields. Membou is seen as a long-term right tackle solution.
8. Jalon Walker (EDGE, Georgia) – Carolina Panthers
Summary: Lateral quickness and strong initial contact. Highly versatile defender, ideal replacement for Brian Burns.
9. Shedeur Sanders (QB, Colorado) – New Orleans Saints
Summary: Overlooked by Grok and ChatGPT, but Gemini notes Derek Carr’s health questions. Sanders brings leadership, short-pass accuracy, and could fit a rebuilding Saints offense.
10. Tyler Warren (TE, Penn State) – Chicago Bears
Summary: Athletic and reliable tight end. It could be a go-to target for Caleb Williams. Size and separation skills make him ideal for a modern offense.
